In the last 12 years I have traveled to countless fetish events within the United States. I was also interested in chastity long before I ever was involved in the fetish scene. Over the years I have owned almost every chastity devices available and made many friends that were interested in chastity.

Many of my friends in the community were never able to find the device that they really wanted - something totally secure, comfortable, practical, completely stainless steel, and extremely secure. One common thread in our conversations was that high quality chastity belts were no longer being manufactured in the United States by a professional and reliable manufacturer, making belt fittings and delivery more difficult.

I decided to build a prototype of a chastity belt for myself, I gave much thought to what went into a great design. Having an extensive engineering background, as well as my business and marketing experience, I made prototypes and showed them to others to get feedback. I showed a few people the new design that I had created; word of mouth took off and I was repeatedly asked, and then begged, to make these on a commercial basis. At that point I was convinced, It was time to launch a line of high quality American made chastity belts and stainless steel restraints. As a result Locked in Steel was founded.

Locked in Steel now travels and vends at many events all over the US and are available for custom fittings. I love meeting new people and talking about bondage and chastity. Please look at our events page and stop by and visit and see our products.

Karen met Jillian at an event some time back (This is a great story as Jillian was trying to sell her a collar... if you ever meet Karen ask her as she loves to tell the story). Well ever since that event Karen and Jillian have been together almost 24/7. Karen quickly saw Jillian's short comings in the company and stepped in to fix them. She is now the production manager responsible for all shop operations, company’s schedule, and the sound voice of reason against all of Jillian's strange ideas.

Karen is also the designer and creator of many of Locked in Steel's products to include the fashion collar line. She has a great flair for design and what looks great. Karen's design of the Vanilla Chevron quickly become one of Locked in Steel's best sellers at shows.

We needed help in the shop and posted an ad. Tony responded with about 20 others.  We called many people and brought a few in to see how they were going to fit in.  Tony was the right person for the job and has been with us since 2008. Tony works about 10 hours a week helping with production, as well as shipping and receiving. He quickly became a great asset to Locked in Steel and we dread the day that he leaves for a "REAL" job.
