I have felt for a long time that when I order something I should not have to pay a handling charge. What is shipping and handling anyway. Shipping, I understand that, it costs something to get things from point A to point B but handling what is this for? Are they not making enough off of the product so they need to charge extra to take it off of the shelf and put it in a box?

Locked in Steel has a flat rate shipping policy. This fee is $10.00 for Priority USPS service. It does not matter if you purchase 1 collar, 3 belts, or a pair of cuffs we only charge $10.00. If you require additional services for overseas or FedEx shipping please contact us and we will get you a shipping quote.

Locked in Steel will exchange items that are not special order / custom made as long as it is in resell-able "like new" condition within 30 days of the shipping date. If you decide that you do not like the fit of a collar, cuff, or other in stock item please contact us and we will give you information so that you are able to exchange it for the same item but in another size. Items over 30 days can still be exchanged as long as they are in "like new" condition but a shipping/restocking fee may apply.

Locked in Steel will not refund or exchange any item that was custom made or special order.

Order Acceptance - Chastity belts are custom made to the customers measurements, these take time to create properly. Once your order is placed you are able to cancel the order. To do so you have to request a cancellation BEFORE measurement confirmation kits are shipped. A 10% service charge will be assessed for the processing of any refund. Once the measurement confirmation kits are shipped the customer the order is LOCKED AND NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE (Additions will be issued a different order number). No refunds will be given after kits are shipped. If you decide weeks after you place your order that you are not ready for a belt we are sorry but we are not able to issue a refund.
